Meyers Advisory, LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all business and financial information provided to us.

We only collect information required to perform bookkeeping and financial reporting:

-Bank or credit card statements (PDF, CSV, Excel)

-Transaction files exported from financial institutions

-Basic business details (company name, contact information)

❌ We do not request or store bank usernames, passwords, MFA codes, or online banking logins.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively to:

-Categorize transactions

-Generate financial dashboards and reports

-Provide insights and business advisory recommendations

Your data is never:

-Sold

-Used for advertising

-Shared with third parties unrelated to service delivery

3. AI & Third-Party Data Processing Consent

To perform automation and generate dashboards, Meyers Advisory may securely process data using:

-Open AI API (AI categorization / insights generation)

- Streamlit Cloud / web hosting services

-Microsoft Excel automation tools

These systems may temporarily process the data for the sole purpose of:

- Categorizing transactions

-Generating reports

-Creating financial insights

-No financial data is used to train AI models.

By using our service, the client consents to the use of these third-party processors.

Data Security & Storage

We implement the following safeguards:

-Files stored on encrypted drives or encrypted cloud storage

-Device-level encryption and password protections

-SSL/HTTPS secure transmission

-Access restricted to authorized personnel only

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only for the duration of the engagement.
Clients may request full deletion of data at any time by contacting:

Meyers Advisory provides bookkeeping and internal financial analysis services.

We do not provide:

-CPA services

-Audits

-Assurance or attestation

-Tax preparation or filing

All final financial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
