1. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to process uploads, generate dashboards, and support your account:
- - Bank or credit card statements (PDF, CSV, Excel)
- - Exported financial files, including spreadsheets and QuickBooks exports
- - Basic business and contact details you provide to us
- - Limited account, billing, session, and usage metadata needed to operate the service
We do not request or store bank usernames, passwords, MFA codes, or online banking logins. The current product works through file uploads, not live bank credential access.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use submitted data to provide the product you are asking us to deliver:
- - Parse statements and imported financial files
- - Categorize transactions and organize records
- - Generate dashboards, reports, exports, and internal financial views
- - Support bookkeeping workflows and advisory analysis
We do not use your financial data for advertising, and we do not sell uploaded financial information.
The service currently does not require live bank linking or Plaid to operate.
3. Demo Use, Accounts & Storage
The no-signup demo is designed for a limited sample workflow. Demo usage may include limited technical and event metadata so we can operate, secure, and improve the experience.
For paid or saved account workflows, uploaded files, outputs, and account data may be stored on our systems so you can return to your dashboard, exports, and related records.
We only keep data that is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account access, support billing, and protect the application.
4. Processing & Service Providers
Your uploads are processed within our application stack to classify transactions, generate dashboards, and support document parsing.
- - Payment processing may be handled by Stripe for subscriptions and billing
- - Operational email may be handled through our email infrastructure
- - Hosting, session, and infrastructure providers may process data required to run the app securely
We will update this policy if our data-processing stack changes in a material way.
5. Security Safeguards
We use practical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access and protect the application environment, including secure transmission, authenticated access controls, and account/session protections.

- - Password hashing and authenticated account access
- - Session controls, rate limiting, and application-level protections
- - Access restricted to systems and personnel needed to operate the service
6. Retention & Deletion Requests
We do not publish a fixed automatic retention period for every workflow. Data may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, support customer accounts, resolve disputes, or meet legal and operational obligations.
If you want your information reviewed for deletion, contact us and we will evaluate the request based on the data involved and any obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7. Professional Scope
Meyers Advisory provides bookkeeping support, financial organization, dashboard reporting, and business advisory analysis.
Unless separately agreed in writing, this site and service do not provide:
- - CPA services
- - Audits, assurance, or attestation services
- - Tax preparation or tax filing
- - Legal advice
All final business, accounting, tax, and legal decisions remain the responsibility of the client and that client's licensed advisors.
